Current Professional Projects:
I am currently looking for my next interesting gig. I have a few interesting leads. More here on what happens later.
Have a cool project you want to talk to me about? Please contact me.
- Work with the Jane Goodall Institute continues: We are currently running a series of aggressive online fundraising campaigns (examples coming soon) and are in the midst of developing an entirely new website for the institute using all open source tools. After a lenghthy strategic overview, and planning phase, we are building the site out using a Drupal CMS framework with the CiviCRM constituent relationship management tool as our eCRM. Moving to this open source toolset from the customized tool that has been planned under JGI's initial proposed contract, is actually giving JGI a far most robust, and scalable product - which includes a eCRM, at a cost savings of more than $100,000.
- I continue to do some follow up work with the Extreme Ice Survey Team in Boulder Colorado managing the site we developed and launched in March.
- I continue to work with Dune Lankard and Carol Hoover tweaking redzone.org. A concrete5 website I built for them last year.
Personally I continue to work on developing my consulting site, fusestudios, which is coming together in fits and starts as I find the time to work on it over weekends and holidays.
